Specialty coffee is a 100% Arabica coffee of excellent quality, distinguished by its aroma, flavor, and personality. It must obtain a cupping score of more than 80 points according to the SCA cupping system.

Furthermore, it is a single-origin coffee where all the beans come from the same farm. It is a product that respects the environment and local farmers.
